Community Terms of Service

1. Independent fan project
The Final Wait is a free, independent fan website created by RyzeGTAVI. It is not sponsored, affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto VI and all related trademarks and official images belong to their respective owners. The website contains unofficial commentary, countdown features and community experiences; it does not provide a game licence or sell GTA VI.
2. Community access
To register, you must be at least 16 years old and satisfy any higher minimum age required where you live, including the requirements for using your Google account independently. By accepting these Terms through the existing required checkbox, you declare that you meet those requirements; the site does not independently verify your age. You sign in with Google and choose a public nickname that cannot be changed after registration. You must not impersonate others, circumvent security or misuse the service. Your email address is not shown to other community members. A registered account receives a free digital The Final Wait Airways ticket. It has no financial or travel value, is not issued by Rockstar Games and is not proof of identity. Your nickname, ticket number, edition and registration date may be visible to anyone with your shared ticket link. Do not share that link if you want those details kept private. Removing your account invalidates the linked ticket.
3. Live reactions
Live Hype allows members to send emoji reactions to a time-zone room. Reactions and public nicknames may be visible to other users. No harassment, spam, automated abuse, unlawful material or attempts to overload or interfere with the website are permitted. Reactions can be moderated, restricted, delayed or temporarily disabled to protect the service and its users.
4. Optional announcement emails
Newsletters and launch announcements are optional and require a separate affirmative choice. You may unsubscribe through a link in any marketing email or via support@thefinalwait.com without closing your account. Accepting these Terms does not mean agreeing to marketing or optional analytics cookies.
5. Account controls and privacy
Your public nickname remains fixed after registration. You can manage your profile and optional mailing preferences and delete your account using the account-deletion control. Account deletion makes your public ticket link invalid; provider backups, security records and necessary legal records may be subject to different retention periods. If an external mailing-list deletion cannot be completed automatically, support may be required. See the Privacy and Cookie Notice for information about data processing, cookies and your rights.
6. Operation and changes
The site, countdown, audio, ticket generation and community features are provided as available and may experience interruptions, capacity limits or maintenance. Countdown times are displayed according to the selected time zone and do not constitute an official Rockstar Games release announcement. We may address misuse, security issues or service reliability, and may update these Terms when needed. Significant changes will be communicated where required. Nothing here excludes rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
